Our crisis prevention protocol
Unfinished-Work maintains the following measures for Sage Nav and AI features:
- Disclosure: Users are notified that Sage Nav is AI-generated, not human
- Input/output filtering: Automated moderation and safety checks on AI inputs and outputs where technically feasible
- Self-harm & crisis content: When our systems detect potential self-harm, suicide, or violence-related content, we aim to block or rewrite harmful AI responses and display crisis resources (988 / Crisis Text Line)
- No replacement for professionals: Sage Nav does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide therapy
- Age requirement: The Service is 18+ only. We do not allow accounts for users under 18. Sage Nav is not for minors
- No training on your content: We do not use your content to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers process prompts under their API terms for inference only
- Reporting: Report harmful AI output in the app where available, or email support@unfinished-work.com with subject AI Safety Report
Data handling for safety
We may retain limited logs related to safety incidents as needed to investigate abuse, improve safeguards, and comply with law. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
