Unfinished-Work is an iPhone app submitted to the Apple App Store and currently in review. Join the waitlist to be notified when it is available. TestFlight testing has been completed during development.
Create an account using email and password, Sign in with Apple, Google, or GitHub. You must be at least 18 years old. Date of birth is required on all signup paths — including Apple, Google, and GitHub — before you receive full access. We do not allow accounts for users under 18. If we learn an account was created by someone under 18, we will terminate it.
At registration you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Both are linked on login, registration, and subscription screens in the app.
If a social sign-in fails, try another method (email, Apple, or Google) or contact support@unfinished-work.com.
Unfinished-Work uses a monthly credit pool for AI features. Free accounts receive 200 credits per month. Paid plans (Pro, Pro+, Ultra) include more credits and unlock AI image generation. Credits reset each month and do not roll over.

By email (backup): Email support@unfinished-work.com with subject Content Report. Include the username, what happened, and screenshots if you have them. We review reports within a reasonable time and may remove content, warn users, suspend accounts, or permanently ban repeat or severe violations.

Do not rely on an AI chatbot in an emergency.
To request termination of an account for someone under 18, email privacy@unfinished-work.com with subject Parent Account Request.
Solution: Force close the app and restart. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store.
Solution: Check your internet connection. AI processing requires a stable connection to OpenAI's servers.
Solution: Pull down to refresh the feed. Check your internet connection and try logging out and back in.
Solution: Ensure you're logged in and have a stable internet connection. Try restarting the app.
Solution: Try another sign-in method (email, Sign in with Apple, or Google). Ensure you are 18+ and complete the date-of-birth step. If the problem continues, email support@unfinished-work.com.
Solution: Tap Restore Purchases on the in-app plan screen. Pull down to refresh in the app. If you recently purchased or changed plans, wait a few minutes and restart the app. For billing issues, check your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Note: When you share publicly, your followers see your AI insights and project updates in their feed. They can like and comment on your posts.
Note: When you follow someone, you'll see their public posts in your feed. You can like and comment on any public post. Their private posts stay private.
Note: Your feed shows public posts from people you follow. Share your AI insights so your friends can see what your expert guide said about your project.

Unfinished-Work is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone. Search for "Unfinished-Work" or visit our homepage for the download link once the app is live.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Unfinished-Work → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app to remove your account and associated user data. You may also email privacy@unfinished-work.com with Account Deletion in the subject line. We remove your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
